So the way you do it is to isolate VC's guards from VC using an aggro trick. But clearly, at level 30 you can't fight VC + 2 elite rogues + 2 more elite rogues at 50% all together. This is to prevent battles of attrition where you kill 1 rogue at a time until VC is alone. If you try to kill the two rogues first and then they will respawn when VC loses aggro. VC is in a room with two rogues on either side of the door. To kill VC solo as a hunter, you need to understand something about the encounter.
Unlike some people here this isn't at all bull%^&* - I can give a step by step walkthrough of how I did it if you want, though I'm sure VC is the only one worth mentioning so here goes: Probably could've done it at 30, since I had all of DM solo'd except for VC at 28 and got VC down to 3%.
